R. Tucker Thompson Late Afternoon Cruise

If you are short of time but still want a special tall ship adventure, why not try our Late Afternoon Cruise? It's a relaxing sail in the inner Bay, departing Russell Wharf at 4.00 pm. Enjoy a glass of local produced wine as the sun slowly lowers in the sky.

Operating on Wednesdays, Fridays and Sundays, this short 2 hour experience offers a gentle sail from Russell to Opua, with a coach to return you before your evening meal. Light finger food is included and a cash bar is available. Feel free to take the helm, or borrow a harness and ride the bowsprit if you are feeling adventurours. Perfect for romantics or adventurers and a great way to start your evening.

If you have a group of 10 or more and wish to try our Late Afternoon Sailing on an unscheduled day, please email us to enquire about options availble. It's a perfect way to celebrate weddings, anniversaries, vow renewals and birthday parties.
